Booked meetings from lists you approve.
Cold outreach still works when it's done with care: a tight list, verified contacts, a specific angle, and disciplined sending. That care is exactly what gets dropped when a founder does it between meetings. This use case runs the whole operation and hands you the approvals.
- →Lists sourced from your targeting, or uploaded by you, then verified contact by contact
- →Sequences drafted in your voice with a specific angle per segment
- →Email and LinkedIn touches mixed; LinkedIn drafts are sent by you, never automated
- →Warmed, dedicated mailboxes with daily caps; your own domain never at risk
- →Campaign launch and sequence copy approved by you before anything goes out
From setup to outcome.
List built
Sourced from your targeting or your upload, deduplicated against everyone you have already contacted, then verified.
Sequence drafted
A short sequence per segment with a specific angle. You approve the copy once; edits apply to the whole campaign.
You launch it
One approval starts the campaign. Sends pace out on warmed mailboxes with caps and quiet hours.
Replies handled
Responses pause the sequence for that contact and land in your queue with a drafted reply.
Our own campaigns run through the same gates.
Same verification pass, same launch approval, same mailbox health rules. When deliverability practices change, ours change first, then yours.
Before you ask.
Do I have to bring a list?+−
No. Lists are sourced from your targeting and verified before use. If you have your own CSV, upload it at setup and it gets the same verification pass.
How is this different from the sequencer tools I've tried?+−
Those give you software to operate. This gives you the operation: list, copy, sending, replies, reporting, with your judgment applied only at the approval points.
What volume should I expect?+−
Sending scales with mailbox health, not a promise. Campaigns typically start at 30 to 50 sends per day and grow as warmup scores allow.
